The Sussex Baby and Toddler Show was a great sucess in 2011 with over 3000 visitors attending both shows in Hastings and Eastbourne. Exhibitors were set to offer information, provide support, or help you with your purchases for you pregnancy to pre-school children.
The Tree of Hope Children’s Charity raised over £400 for the charity at the event with their charity raffle.

This was a great show for us – plenty of Toddlers wanting to learn to ride a bike so lots of sales and great for visibility. We’re new to the UK so getting in front of our potential audience is all we need and this show gave us just that – well marketed and therefore well attended. We made great sales to a range of businesses and the public, generated lots of interest and found new ways of getting Toddlebike better known – launching a new product you can’t ask for more. We’re definitely going to do the next one although we will book early to get a better stand space (we need room for Toddlers to give our Toddlebikes a trial) but the added benefit of the show arena sessions more than made up for it. All in all it was fab – well done to the organisers who pulled off the tricky 1st show with great aplomb. Toddlebike can’t wait for the next one…Toddlebike from Toddlebike
Over my 22 years selling Usborne Books I have exhibited at many Baby Shows from local ones in village halls to the big ones at Olympia, Earls Court and the SECC. This was one of the best local baby shows I have exhibited at. The organisation was excellent and the publicity was brilliant- as evidenced by the quantity of visitors to the show. Every visitor I spoke to had nothing but positive comments about the day. I am looking forward to exhibiting at the next Sussex Baby and Toddler Show in Eastbourne in September. A fantastic baby and toddler show for us. I have done quite a few local shows with other Family Grapevine editors and this was MUCH busier than most. For exhibitors it was great that the aisles were so full of buggys as everyone had lots of time to chat. I thought that the range of exhibitors was really good, the activity sessions for the toddlers a really fun touch and gave them an outlet for their energy.
